If you have a question about anything related to returning a Fuck off and die product purchased on fodbook.com (the ‘Website’), please email bummer@fodbook.com.

What if I change my mind?
Sorry, we are unable to refund or replace items just because you change your mind. Yep, you’re stuck with our shitty product now. But we did tell you it was shit in the beginning. (But really, sorry.)
Damaged or faulty items
- The good folk at Fuck off and die guarantee that any item purchased on the Website is of an acceptable quality, and reasonably fit for the purpose it was sold.
- We also guarantee that the product matches any sample or description provided on the Website.
- If you do receive a product that is not the correct item, is damaged or faulty or does not adhere to consumer guarantees (under Australian Consumer Law), please email bummer@fodbook.com.
- If the product has any of the issues listed in the point above, you are entitled to a refund on the product or a replacement (if available).
- We may need you to provide proof of purchase when returning a product.
How long will it take to get my replacement or refund?
If you are eligible for a replacement product or a refund, we will do our best to process your claim within 3 business days.
If a refund needs to be sent to your credit card, funds may not appear on your statement until the next billing cycle. (Depending on your bank.)
We do our best to process all refunds within 3 business days of approving your refund request, but the time it takes for funds to enter your account will depend on the bank you are with.
- Shipping
We do our best to ship all products within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you feel we’re taking too long, email bummer@fodbook.com.
Within Australia
- Shipping within Australia costs a flat rate of $5.
- Shipping costs are not included in the price of any product.
Outside Australia
- Shipping outside Australia costs a flat rate of $10.
- Shipping costs are not included in the price of any product.

- When you buy a product on the Website, you will be asked to provide personal information, including your name, address, phone number and email address.
- This personal information is never shared with third parties.
- Our administrative crew will use this information, but only for the purpose of processing your order.
- For security reasons, your credit card information is not stored anywhere. This is why we ask you to re-enter it, any time you make a purchase.
- Any information you give us will be kept secure and confidential according to the Privacy Act 1998.
- If you want access to the personal information we currently hold about you, or have a complaint about how we handled your personal information, please contact us.
- We will do our best to return your query as soon as we can, and remedy the situation appropriately.
